Mr. Benjamin Baratz
Benjamin Baratz
Mr. Baratz founded the firm in 1982. He graduated with an LL.B from Tel Aviv University in 1977 and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association, as well as a licensed notary public.
Mr. Baratz is the Managing Partner of the firm and Head of the firm's Litigation Practice Group and Real Estate and Property Development Group.

With expertise principally in civil and commercial law, and in litigation before all levels of courts, tribunals and arbitration, Mr. Baratz draws upon extensive knowledge in public offerings, asset sales, court-appointed bankruptcy trusteeships, banking, mergers and acquisitions, tenders and commercial real estate. Mr. Baratz was born in Israel and is fluent in Hebrew, English, French and Romanian.

Ms. Yael Baratz
Ms. Baratz has been a Senior Partner since 1992. Ms. Baratz  chairs the firm's Infrastructure Projects Group and Technology Group.

She holds an LL.B degree from Tel Aviv University (1978), is a member of the Israeli Bar Association, and is a licensed notary public. Ms. Baratz joined the firm following 11 years as General Counsel for the Eisenberg Group in Israel.
 
With expertise over the full range of international commercial and civil law, particularly the high-tech and biotech industries, Ms. Baratz is also a prime resource for legal advice on licensing, infrastructure development, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, distributorships and large engineering or construction projects. She was born in the US and speaks fluent Hebrew and English.

Mr. Eli Belkind
Mr. Belkind became a partner in 2004. He holds an LL.B degree from The University of Reading, England (1994) and an LL.M degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (1995). Mr. Belkind is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
Mr. Belkind is a member of the Commercial, Real Estate and Corporate and Securities Practice Groups. His practice specializes in commercial and corporate law, high-tech, computer law, telecommunication, distribution agreements, licensing, domestic and cross-border commercial transactions, commercial litigation and bankruptcy.
Mr. Belkind was born in Israel and speaks fluent Hebrew, English, and Russian.

Mr. Ilan Gerzi
Mr. Gerzi joined the firm in April 2004 and became a Partner in 2007. He graduated with an LL.B from Tel Aviv University (1995), and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1996 and a member of the Corporate Committee of the Israeli Bar Association since 2004.
 
Mr. Gerzi has substantial expertise in corporate and securities laws and represented both private and public companies. Mr. Gerzi has represented issuers and underwriters in many public offerings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and represents clients in their commercial and financial transactions.
 
Mr. Gerzi speaks Hebrew and English.

Ms. Karin Vishinsky
Ms. Vishinsky joined the firm in 2006 and became a Partner in 2009. She graduated with an LL.B from Tel Aviv University (1996), and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1997.
 
Ms. Vishinsky’s expertise is in litigation with her main focus on corporate, commercial and civil law.  She has appeared before a wide variety of Israel's courts and tribunals and has been involved in many arbitration proceedings.  Ms. Vishinsky provides legal counsel to both plaintiffs and defendants and her client base includes individuals and private and public companies, both local and international. Ms. Vishinsky was born in Israel and speaks Hebrew and English.

Ms. Sagit Shahmoon
Ms. Shahmoon joined the firm in 2000 and became a Partner in 2009. She received her LL.B. from Tel Aviv University in 1996 and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1997. 
Ms. Shahmoon’s expertise is in the field of real estate, including commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use real estate projects. Her work includes the preparation of construction agreements, real estate secured lending, combination deal and land registration. Her clients include construction companies, real estate developers and individual entrepreneurs. Ms. Shahmoon was born in Israel and speaks Hebrew and English.

Mr. Oded Simon
Mr. Simon became a Partner in 2009. He received his LL.B. from Tel Aviv University in 2000 and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2001.
Mr. Simon’s expertise is in the field of corporate finance and technology transactions, including equity and debt financing transactions, technology licensing and sale, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and all legal aspects of operations of high-tech and bio-tech companies. His clients include technology and medical devices companies and entrepreneurs.

Dr. Shachar Eldar (Counsel)
Education:
Dr. Eldar, a leading Israeli scholar of Criminal Law and a noted defense attorney, joined the firm in 2005 as counsel, expanding the firm's areas of expertise to include the field of white collar crime. Dr. Eldar holds a Ph.D. degree from Bar-Ilan University Law School, where he holds a post as a lecturer. He lectures on Criminal Law, evidence law and computer crime, primarily at Ono Academic College Law School and Tel-Aviv University Law School, and is the author of several books and articles on the Israeli legal system.
Expertise: Dr. Eldar is a member of the Israeli Bar, and has served in the Israeli JAG, the Ministerial Commission for assessing the condition of hospitalized holocaust survivers and the Israeli Bar Commission on Criminal Legislature. He also served as defense attorney in high profile cases, most notably in the striking down of sec. 236B1 to the Income Tax Ordinance.
